Contact Kymaros Marine Group
Instruments, marine services and short-sea cargo are handled by three separate desks. Using the right number below will get you to someone who can actually answer, rather than someone who will transfer you.

The Perama workshop
Our workshop and calibration bench are not at the Piraeus office. They sit at the Perama yard, on the north side of Dock 3, and that is where units sent in for repair or calibration should be addressed. Post sent to Akti Kondyli will reach us eventually but adds two working days while it is walked across.
Visitors to the Perama workshop need to be booked in at the gate in advance. Turning up unannounced with a unit under your arm will not get you through the barrier, however reasonable the request.

Enquiries submitted here are logged with a job reference and answered within one working day. For a vessel that cannot sail, telephone instead — do not use this form.
Out of hours and emergencies
The out-of-hours emergency line is answered between 18:00 and 07:00 EET and throughout weekends and public holidays. It is intended for vessels with a navigational instrument fault that affects their ability to sail, not for parts enquiries or quotations.
Callers are asked for the vessel name, the instrument model code and the nature of the fault before anything else, because those three things determine which engineer is woken up. Having the model code to hand — it is on the rating plate — will save several minutes at a point in the night when nobody wants to spend them.
Vessels on a maintenance contract are prioritised. Vessels not on a contract are attended on a chargeable basis subject to engineer availability, which in practice means an Athens-area response is usually possible and an island response usually is not until the first ferry.
